- Close contact with Coach Dirk before and after your race, receiving whatever support or motivation you need
Direct Client Support
- Email and text messaging support for all monthly clients and 2 phone consultations per month
- Phone consultations will be limited to 15 minutes each and can be scheduled to allow flexibility
- Additional phone consultations can be scheduled for an additional charge
Additional Client Support
- Local Clients may request to meet for one-on-one sessions in which discipline specific coaching may take place for an additional charge.
